Features include:

Presentation page so you can make this Bible your own. Complete text of the New International Reader’s Version (NIrV) of the Bible—written for kids just like you! Large print is easy to read. 20 full-color pages of The Beginner’s Bible illustrations help you better understand the stories. 66 book introductions and outlines explain who wrote each book of the Bible and what you will discover as you read. Dictionary of key Bible words will help you when you come to a word you don’t know. Reading plan of 150 famous Bible stories will give you a great overview of God’s Word. Brand new vibrant, three-dimensional art.

This was the absolutely perfect bible for my children. They had their own NKJV bibles, but I needed something a little simpler and that had some illustrations as well, to keep their attention. I needed something that would work for our family devotions, while still having the complete text of the bible. This was the perfect solution. It is simple enough for a child to understand and follow along, while still giving them the whole story, unlike baby bibles. Because they see me highlight and mark in my bible, they enjoy telling me what to highlight in theirs!

We enjoy using this bible for morning devotions, school bible study, impromptu value lessons, and to answer questions. We could not be happier and would love to have more from the Beginner Bible collection.
